About me
I am a globally certified practitioner in Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®), specializing in helping people release accumulated stress and tension from their minds and bodies. This stress can manifest from various sources such as workplace pressures, challenging family and relationship dynamics, unresolved childhood traumas, medical interventions (surgeries, dental procedures, etc.), broken bones, shock traumas, accidents, financial stress, health concerns, illness, and more.
